Responsibilities
- Influence the shape of the product with research and data while executing design work using high quality wireframes, mockups, user journeys, and cross-platform interactive prototypes.
- Advocate for design by sharing your work and presenting cross-functionally, while being able to precisely articulate design rationale.
- Inspire the entire team (including your cross-functional) partners by bringing new ideas to the table.
- Excellence in design craft
- Experience running user interviews and usability testing designs
Requirements
- 5-6 years of product design experience with a focus on complex systems and workflows
- Experience working with a lean team of Engineers, Product Managers and Program Managers
- Experience taking a holistic approach to designing complex workflows and reducing friction in experiences
- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholder feedback and expectations
- Expertise with Figma and experience using AI tooling
- Ability to work with a low-ego, highly collaborative, cross-functional team

- The expected base pay range for this position in the Toronto area is CAD $136,000 - CAD $170,000, not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
