About the role

  • We are looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our Mobile Engineering organization.
  • Our mobile solutions provide customers with seamless, intuitive access to manager and monitor their security systems worldwide.
  • As a TPM, you are more than a project manager

Responsibilities

  • Program Lifecycle Management: Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex programs, managing dependencies across hardware, embedded software, cloud, and mobile teams.
  • Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify technical bottlenecks, resource constraints, and cross-functional dependencies. Develop mitigation strategies to keep programs on track.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management or engineering
  • Execution Focus: Expert-level knowledge of SDLC and hardware development cycles.

Compensation
