Senior Roadway Engineer / Project Manager ms consultants, inc.

Roadway Design: Take charge of the design and plan preparation for both highway and local road projects.
Quality Assurance: Lead internal quality reviews to ensure that plans meet the highest technical standards.
Project Scheduling and Budgeting: Prepare design schedules, construction cost estimates, and deliver staged project submittals on time and within budget.
Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong client relationships through presentations and regular communication.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to design complex interstate geometrics and local road projects.
Depending on your experience, you may also lead a design team, with both immediate and long-term growth potential.
Prior experience managing projects, including developing proposals and overseeing project timelines and budgets.
A background in mentoring or managing teams, with the ability to collaborate effectively and independently.

BS in Engineering from an ABET-accredited College or University
A Professional Engineer (PE) license in North Carolina is required, or the ability to obtain one within 6 months.
Proficiency in the design, preparation, and delivery of roadway design plans.(NCDOT design experience preferred).
