Responsibilities
- Manage budgeting, financial reporting, NOI performance, and revenue growth
- Drive occupancy, leasing traffic, rent collections, and delinquency management
- Partner with maintenance team on work orders, make-readies, and preventative maintenance
- Manage vendors, contractors, capital projects, and renovations
- Maintain asset value and long-term property performance
- Implement leasing strategies, pricing optimization, and revenue management
- Partner with marketing on digital marketing, SEO, ILS listings
- Optimize lead conversion, tours, and closing ratios
- Drive traffic generation and brand positioning in the Marina del Rey market
Requirements
- Experience with Class A / luxury apartments

Nice to have
- Experience with Entrata or property management software preferred
- High School or GED required, bachelor's degree a plus
Compensation
- $105,000 - $120,000 base salary + performance bonus / incentive plan
