Responsibilities
- Facilitate project meetings with design, construction and commissioning firms
- Manage T5 budgets and schedules

Requirements
- The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
- Must be able to work at a computer of the entirety of each working day, required
- Must be proficient in: Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF and CAD/Visio
Nice to have
- Individual must be driven, hardworking and dedicated, required
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, required
- An energetic self-starter with a “can do/whatever it takes†attitude who can perform under pressure, work successfully on tight deadlines and identify and resolve problems as they arise, required
- Open to frequent travel
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience, required
- 4+ years Project Management experience, required
- Construction industry experience, preferred
- Data Center experience, preferred
