Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues and work with the AppOps team and SMEs to resolve issues.

Maintain and continually improve MD cloud-based applications.
Identify possible points of failure in the infrastructure/applications and assist in improving/resolving the identified vulnerability.
Conduct code reviews.
Stay current with development and automation techniques, tools, and best practices.
Participate in Cloud Design and Architecture reviews.
