About the role

  • The successful candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment.
  • Coordinate daily operations between project sites, trailers, and the head office.
  • Ensure project trailers and offices are organized, stocked, clean, and functioning properly.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate deliveries, vendors, maintenance, cleaning services, and other site support activities.
  • Support onboarding activities and workspace setup for new employees.
  • Schedule meetings and provide general administrative support to project teams.
  • Maintain inventories, records, and office documentation.
  • PACT (Pearson Accelerator Construction Team) is a General Partnership of Alberici, Amico, Kenaidan, and Obayashi, supported by design partners Egis, Mott MacDonald, and Weston Williamson + Partners.

Requirements

  • The position will be based at our office in Mississauga, Ontario, with visits to the Airport site as required.
  • The successful candidate must be comfortable working in both office and active construction environments.
  • Occasional lifting and movement of office supplies, equipment, and materials may be required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in office coordination, administration, project support, facilities coordination, or a similar role.
  • Order and track office supplies, equipment, furniture, and consumables as required.
  • Support site logistics, special projects, and team events as required.
  • This role is responsible for coordinating administrative, logistical, and operational activities to ensure project teams have the resources, facilities, and support required to operate efficiently.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong administrative and record-keeping abilities.
  • Experience supporting construction, engineering, infrastructure, or project-based environments is considered an asset.
