About the role
- This is typically a Monday - Friday job with occasional overtime available.
- Travel is occasional and typically up to 20%.
- Per diem / lodging expenses are only available only when traveling outside of the Bloomington, MN area.
Responsibilities
- Performs CWI inspections to support various industries
- Prepare reports and other work documents in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements
- AWS-CWI certification is required
- Must have a valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs.
- Must be able to work off ladders and scaffolds
- Must be willing to travel (20%)
- Must be local to or willing to relocate within a commutable distance to Bloomington, MN.
- Candidates must be local or willing to relocate to Bloomington, MN area.
Nice to have
- Additional combination of MT, PT, UT, RT, VT, and / or shearwave Level II NDT certifications strongly preferred
Skills
- 5+ years of recent experience working as a nondestructive technician supporting various industries strongly preferred
- 1+ years of recent experience performing
- Experienced with a combination of NDT methods, procedures, reporting and equipment
- The ability to communicate, coordinate and work effectively with multiple clients and office locations
Compensation
- $60,000.00 - $90,000.00
