Responsibilities
- Manage NDA workflows and maintain standardized templates
- Maintain and organize the company's data room and key contract records
- Support data privacy and data protection compliance efforts, including reviewing and negotiating data processing agreements
- Help develop and maintain contract playbooks, clause libraries, and internal legal resources
- Contribute to legal ops improvements and process-building as the legal function scales
- You'll work directly with business teams to support the full lifecycle of our customer and vendor relationships, while helping build the legal infrastructure to scale with the company.
Requirements
- 2+ years of legal experience, ideally with exposure to commercial transactions, technology agreements, or general corporate work
Nice to have
- Familiarity with SaaS/technology agreements and e-commerce business models is a plus
Compensation
- Our compensation ranges are set using benchmarks from growth-stage companies and factor in function, level, and location-so everything stays balanced and competitive.
- The range listed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salary across all U.S. locations.
