About the role
- Reporting to the VP, Executive Office across strategic projects, executive decision-making, and company-wide leadership programs.
- You'll help teams sharpen the thinking and recommendations they bring to the President, turn complex topics into clear executive narratives, and take on ambiguous work that needs structure and a path forward.
- You'll also roll up your sleeves to plan and execute key leadership events and forums, from SMT offsites and VP+ Summits to our company-wide Hackathon.
Responsibilities
- Build executive presentations, briefings, and decision materials that turn complex topics into clear narratives
- Own the hands-on planning and execution of SMT offsites, VP+ Summits and meetings, the company-wide Hackathon, employee roundtables, and other leadership events
- Support program for new parents
Nice to have
- 8+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, Chief of Staff, business transformation, or similar roles that require strong problem-solving and business judgment
- Experience working closely with senior executives on complex business questions, recommendations, and decisions
- Comfortable moving between strategic work and hands-on execution, including planning high-visibility leadership meetings, offsites, or events
- High attention to detail, discretion, and good judgment in a fast-moving executive environment
- Strong interest in AI, emerging technology, and how they are changing business and consumer behavior
- MBA or equivalent experience preferred
Skills
- Excellent written and visual communication skills, with experience creating presentations, briefings, and recommendations for senior leaders
