- About The Opportunity The Associate, Client Success Manager is responsible for all aspects of the post-sales relationships and achieving goals with our campuses.
Responsibilities
- Own the entire post-sales relationship with Grubhub Campus signed accounts
- Project manage the operational set-up and deployment of each campus launch
- Manage the growth and success of each campus, through planning and implementation of market strategies and maintenance of client partnership
- Manage cross-functional execution of product implementation with Product, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Support
- Track record of building strong cross-functional relationships
Requirements
- 2-3 years experience in account management
- Highly data-focused, with strong proficiency in Excel
Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or high school diploma/GED
- Marketing or SaaS Tech experience is a plus
- Comfortable with ambiguity and change and thrives in a fast-paced environment (previous start-up experience a plus)
Skills
- $54,400 - $68,000 ($64,400 - $80,000 OTE range)
- Wonder uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located.
Compensation
- For this role, we offer commission with a base salary range as outlined below.
