  • About The Opportunity The Associate, Client Success Manager is responsible for all aspects of the post-sales relationships and achieving goals with our campuses.

Responsibilities

  • Own the entire post-sales relationship with Grubhub Campus signed accounts
  • Project manage the operational set-up and deployment of each campus launch
  • Manage the growth and success of each campus, through planning and implementation of market strategies and maintenance of client partnership
  • Manage cross-functional execution of product implementation with Product, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Support
  • Track record of building strong cross-functional relationships

Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience in account management
  • Highly data-focused, with strong proficiency in Excel

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or high school diploma/GED
  • Marketing or SaaS Tech experience is a plus
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and change and thrives in a fast-paced environment (previous start-up experience a plus)

Compensation

  • For this role, we offer commission with a base salary range as outlined below.
