Responsibilities

  • Transaction Execution - Support due diligence for new and existing credit transactions. Assist in the structuring and execution of senior credit facilities and help prepare credit submissions, information memoranda, and client presentation materials
  • Analysis and Underwriting - Analyze financial statements, operating performance, and market data. Build and maintain financial models. Conduct credit, industry, and business analysis to support lending recommendations
  • Support account management activities in line with risk management guidelines
  • Client and Partner Collaboration -Participate in client discussions to understand financing needs and support proposal development.
  • Work closely with internal partners across Loan Syndications, Investment Banking, Trading, Risk Management, and Legal.
  • Build strong working relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and industry contacts

Requirements

  • You have strong skills in financial statement analysis, accounting, and financial modeling.

  • You have a degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
