About the role
- The Plumbing Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and installing plumbing systems and pumps in commercial and industrial settings.
- The technician will interact directly with customers, providing professional service and recommendations for system improvements.
Responsibilities
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service calls, installations, and inventory levels.
- Leadership & Training: Mentor junior technicians and support SOP development for plumbing services.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and endure physical demands such as climbing, bending, and kneeling.
- Must wear required PPE when necessary.
- This role requires expertise in troubleshooting system issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring all work meets industry standards and safety regulations.
- Proficiency with plumbing tools and troubleshooting techniques.
Nice to have
- & Experience: High school diploma or GED
- technical training or apprenticeship preferred.
- OSHA 10 certification required
- additional certifications preferred.
