- Job Description: The Electrical Technician (Facility Technician) is responsible for managing and maintaining the facility's infrastructure and systems to ensure efficient, safe, and reliable operations.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the operation and maintenance of building systems, including MAU, RAU, Scrubbers, Chillers, Boilers, electrical systems, cleanroom environment (Temperature & Humidity Control and Pressure Control), Vacuum & CDA system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to building systems and equipment.
- Perform regular inspections and audits to identify maintenance needs and potential improvements.
- Support with emergency repairs when necessary.
- Assist in m onitor ing and manage energy consumption to promote sustainability and reduce costs.
- Implement energy-saving initiatives and best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, facility inspections, and equipment performance.
- Work closely with facility staff, management, and other departments to address facility needs and support operational goals.
- Provide training and support to staff on facility-related procedures and safety practices.
Requirements
- Familiarity with safety regulations. local laws and regulations as well as industry standards.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Proficiency in facility management software and tools.
- 1-2 years of experience in facility management, building systems maintenance, or a similar role. Solar panel industry is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, MAU, RAU, Scrubbers, Chillers, Boilers, electrical systems, cleanroom environment (Temperature & Humidity Control and Pressure Control), Vacuum & CDA system.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to have
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- technical certification or associate's degree in Facility Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in facility management, building systems maintenance, or a similar role.
- Solar panel industry is a plus.
- Preferred Skills:
Skills
- Certification in facility management (e.g., Certified Facility Manager (CFM), Facility Management Professional ( FMP)).
- Experience with energy management and sustainability practices.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements specific to the industry or facility type.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to changing technologies and industry trends.
- Willingness to continuously learn and update skills.
