About the role

  • We're currently looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Forklift Operator to join our team.
  • If you're safety-focused, dependable, and ready to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, this could be a great opportunity for you.
  • Based in Norwood, MA, the Warehouse Forklift Operator will process receipt, storage, and shipment of finished goods and raw materials.

Responsibilities

  • Off-load all inbound freight and maintain written documentation of the transactions
  • Notify Warehouse Lead or Warehouse Supervisor for inspection of incoming products
  • Maintain inventory accuracy
  • Maintain safety and sanitation standards

Requirements

  • The below physical demands are a representative of those that must be met by the team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job:
  • Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
  • MUST have experience using a stand-up forklift
  • This position requires the ability to withstand working in a cold environment and stand for extended periods of time
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of two years' experience in shipping, receiving required
  • Experienced in put-away / retrieval of pallets in racked warehouses required
  • Experience in loading & unloading trucks required
  • Familiar with warehouse documentation and processing requirements required
  • Average computer skills and knowledge of ERP systems required

Compensation

  • $20.00/hr plus overtime ( The compensation shown represents our current market-based estimate at the time of posting.
