About the role
- The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting supply chain operations by managing incoming materials, coordinating shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and contributing to continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities
- Manage clinical site drug returns and sample inventory.
- Maintain warehouse organization and ensure materials are stored according to established procedures.
- Conduct routine cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Author and support investigation documentation, including Notices of Event (NOEs), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs), and Change Controls.
- Develop and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to support audits and inspections.
- Collaborate with supply chain, quality, and operational teams to support business objectives.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience of related experience
- Candidates without a degree should possess at least 6 years of professional experience.
- Support controlled substance handling activities and serve as a backup resource when required.

- Bachelor's degree preferred
Compensation
- $68,616.00-$85,770.00

- Receive, inspect, and accurately store incoming materials and warehouse stock.
- Perform inventory replenishment activities and monitor stock levels.
- Update inventory parameters, including minimum and maximum stock levels.
