About the role

  • As a Product Development Operator, you'll help keep production running smoothly, safely, and efficiently by operating equipment, inspecting materials, and ensuring top-quality products before they leave the floor.

Responsibilities

  • Perform basic quality checks and report any equipment issues or material defects.
  • Load/unload materials, track inventory, and manage in-process products (WIP).
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
  • Collaborate with your team to improve processes and keep production flowing.

Requirements

  • Previous production operations, material handling, or technician experience within a manufacturing or warehouse comparable environment is preferred but not required.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to change schedule on short notice as required.
