We are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to own all things paid social.
You will own the technical execution of the channel while deploying a paid strategy for influencers.
This role reports to the Head of Growth and will partner closely with members of the brand and creative team.

6+ years experience in paid social (Meta and Tiktok) campaign management with a strong technical foundation working in those platforms: tracking, optimizing, reporting etc.
Proven campaign management against CAC and ROAS targets with comfort and prior experience managing 7-figure paid media budgets
Creative and analytical: creative concepting and asset creation are core areas of expertise, but you also are highly analytical and can whip up custom reports in Meta and identify performance trends
Some experience in influencer marketing as a growth channel and familiarity with sparking/white listing
Familiarity with influencer recruitment platforms like Aspire and the Tiktok creator marketplace
Experience with organic social data tracking on platforms like Sprout Social, Dash Hudson etc.

This salary range for this position is $120,000 - $155,000 based on the selected candidate's qualifications, market data/ranges, location (ATX or NYC) and internal equity.
