- A portfolio that shows taste, craft, and range across mediums.
- Speed and a prototyping instinct: you solve creative problems by building.
Nice to have
- Experience at an innovative creative agency (e.g. Buck, The Mill) or an in-house tech/brand lab (e.g. Google Creative Lab, Unity).
- A public profile as a creator or thought leader in generative AI or emerging tech.
