About the role

This is a replacement vacancy with an expected hiring salary range of $110-$120K depending on level of experience.

Develop and implement national shopper marketing strategies aligned with brand and commercial objectives.
Identify key shopper insights and behaviors to design effective activation programs.
Partner closely with Sales and Brand Marketing
Support customer-specific business planning through tailored shopper initiatives.
Manage shopper marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources.
Optimize programs based on data, insights, and learnings.
Develop post-campaign analysis and reporting for key stakeholders.

You bring a deep ability to understand and relate to people and navigate through tough situations to harness and multiply collective performance
You have a deep natural curiosity, desire to experiment and ability to effectively deal with the heat of change.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in shopper marketing, trade marketing, or brand marketing (CPG/retail preferred).
Strong understanding of retail environments and shopper behaviors across channels.
Experience working with major national retailers and managing joint business plans.
