About the role

  • Many of our aircraft are highly automated so this role will be a senior position, which will require experience sharing, and providing guidance to other AME's diagnosing avionics, and systems defects involving complex circuitry.
  • Please note, this is NOT an apprentice position.

Responsibilities

  • AircraftWorks Ltd. is a Calgary (CYYC) based AMO, and part of the Take Flight Group of Companies which includes Air Partners Corp., and Hangar59.
  • We maintain a fleet of corporate jets and turboprops that require a high level of technical skill.
  • shift with occasional overtime and/or schedule changes to support AOG events.

Requirements

  • Monday to Friday day shift, but overtime call out will be expected and required.
  • Valid Transport Canada E license with 5+ years experience on corporate aircraft,
  • Must be able to hold restricted area pass (RAIC),
  • Type specific training will be provided within your first year of employment and ongoing as required.
