About the role
- Our Common Home Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) in Delaware.
- While it has minimal independent operations, it serves a critical function as the US hiring and compliance platform for employees supporting our global network.
- This is a highly varied, part-time role requiring a mix of rigorous compliance management and high-level executive assistance.
Requirements
- Strong foundational knowledge of US corporate law, contract review, or non-profit compliance is required.
- Familiarity with basic US payroll, HR practices, or working with PEO platforms.
- Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and basic travel logistics where required.
- & Experience Paralegal Training/Certification: Strong foundational knowledge of US corporate law, contract review, or non-profit compliance is required.
Compensation

- While we anticipate a relatively consistent weekly workload, some flexibility in scheduling is expected depending on board meetings, filing deadlines, or occasional operational needs.

- Candidates should ideally have reasonable overlap with US East Coast working hours.
- Compensation will be commensurate with experience and structure of engagement, with an anticipated range of approximately USD 45-70 per hour.
