About the role

Our Common Home Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) in Delaware.
While it has minimal independent operations, it serves a critical function as the US hiring and compliance platform for employees supporting our global network.
This is a highly varied, part-time role requiring a mix of rigorous compliance management and high-level executive assistance.

Strong foundational knowledge of US corporate law, contract review, or non-profit compliance is required.
Familiarity with basic US payroll, HR practices, or working with PEO platforms.
Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and basic travel logistics where required.
& Experience Paralegal Training/Certification: Strong foundational knowledge of US corporate law, contract review, or non-profit compliance is required.

High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential organizational, financial, and personnel data.

While we anticipate a relatively consistent weekly workload, some flexibility in scheduling is expected depending on board meetings, filing deadlines, or occasional operational needs.

Candidates should ideally have reasonable overlap with US East Coast working hours.
Compensation will be commensurate with experience and structure of engagement, with an anticipated range of approximately USD 45-70 per hour.
