About the role
- In this role, you'll be providing product and brand education to our customers, along with technical services such as product repairs and personalization.

- This role will report to the Store Manager and be based at the store in Vancouver, BC.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and demonstrate strong knowledge of our products and brand
- Perform store tasks and duties including POS transactions, store maintenance, store cleanliness, administration and product management including organization, replenishment, inventory control and theft prevention
- Follow and maintain visual and merchandise standards
- To achieve these goals, we're building a team that's ready to take on this challenge head-on.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working in a retail store with a leading brand;
- Experience with and willing to learn G-Suite and other computer software: Internet, POS systems, etc.;
- Must be able to lift and carry 25 pounds.
- Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Hardworking, detail-oriented and responsible team player
- Has or is willing to learn technical skills related to product repairs and personalizations
- Passionate about sustainability, bonus if you've worked in the space
- Flexibility to work nights, evenings, and statutory holidays as needed
- Fluency in English, bonus if you speak other languages
