Responsibilities

Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Business, Marketing or a related field. required or relevant experience.
- 2+ years Professional experience in project coordination, executive support, nonprofit, or similar operational roles required.
- Experience coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and managing logistics across multiple stakeholders required.
- Experience supporting senior leaders or working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment preferred
- Proven strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative spirit and the ability to instill trust.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat products required.
- Ability to occasionally work on some evenings and weekends.
Skills
- Strong project management skills.
- Competency in CRM databases, especially in leveraging data and reporting.
