Position Overview The Regional Director of Operations - Northern Virginia is an executive‑level leader responsible for all on‑site construction activities across B&S's Northern Virginia and Mid‑Atlantic operations.

Oversee Senior Superintendents, Superintendents, foremen, and field crews, holding teams accountable for executing standard operating procedures.
Serve as a recognized operational leader for B&S in NOVA's mission‑critical ecosystem, strengthening relationships with major GCs and hyperscale clients.
Participate in intake and pre‑bid reviews, validating productivity assumptions, staffing plans, sequencing, and operational feasibility.
Establish and enforce realistic, defensible production rates by activity, depth, and site conditions.
Direct labor, equipment, and resource allocation across projects to maximize productivity and utilization.
Champion a safety‑first culture in partnership with the Safety organization.
Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce risk‑management protocols.
Foster a culture of accountability, operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.

Partner with the VP/GM – Northern Virginia to develop annual operating plans, workforce forecasts, equipment‑capital strategies, and regional growth initiatives.
