Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and manage warehouse employees, ensuring engagement and accountability.
- Manage onboarding and ensure completion of all training tasks.
- Support retention through positive engagement and development. Perform ride-alongs and work-withs to coach and support drivers.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Resolve inventory discrepancies and optimize slotting assignments to maintain operational efficiency.
- Implement corrective actions to address operational challenges and improve overall performance.

- The Warehouse Supervisor will work closely with the Warehouse Leadership to implement strategies that improve productivity and accuracy in inventory management.

Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years of warehouse operations management experience
