Responsibilities

  • Strategic, Executive & Communications Support Partner closely with leadership on strategy, decision-making, and priority management.
  • Support messaging and communications strategy, including preparation of briefings, talking points, and strategic memos.
  • Operations & Financial Oversight Oversee and support day-to-day operations to ensure alignment and follow-through.
  • Build and maintain systems, workflows, and operating rhythms that enable accountability and scale.
  • Support senior leaders in managing teams, deliverables, and time-sensitive priorities.
  • Lead special projects and sensitive initiatives on behalf of leadership.
  • External Engagement & Partnerships Support leadership in managing high-level partnerships and key external relationships.
  • Provide oversight and support for major events or public-facing moments as needed.
  • TaskForce is serving as an external search partner for this position.
