About the role
- As a Project Coordinator II, you will support Finxact product and platform delivery by coordinating timelines, milestones, documentation, dependencies, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications across multiple initiatives.
- You will work closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to strengthen delivery discipline, improve governance, and accelerate project management processes through consistent execution and approved artificial intelligence-enabled workflow improvements.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate project records, including scope details, project descriptions, documentation updates, and change tracking
- Partner with stakeholders across product, engineering, and business teams to gather detailed inputs, align on priorities, and communicate project updates
- Support resource capacity tracking and highlight allocation concerns that may impact delivery schedules or governance objectives
- Use approved artificial intelligence tools to accelerate project management workflows, improve reporting quality, enhance documentation consistency, and support standardized execution practices
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination, project operations, or delivery support across software, product, or platform initiatives
- 3+ years of experience maintaining project timelines, tracking milestones, managing risks and issues, and preparing status reporting for cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience using project management and collaboration tools for documentation, reporting, and dependency tracking, such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar tools
- Experience using approved artificial intelligence tools to improve project documentation, reporting workflows, and process consistency in a business environment
- Experience supporting product delivery in a financial technology, banking, payments, or core platform environment
- Experience working with governance frameworks, software capitalization controls, or project reporting processes in a regulated environment
- Experience supporting Agile delivery teams across product and engineering organizations
- Experience with Finxact products, platforms, or delivery processes

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.
