About the role

Under general supervision, responsible for accurate and timely completion of payroll processing tasks for the domestic payroll for all business units via Workday Payroll system, including processing pay calculations, generating reports, reconciliations, and responding to inquiries related to payroll or human resources information.

Maintain multi-state payroll and employee records according to company and government regulations through Workday
Support the year end payroll process
Process and manage all wage garnishments

Minimum 2 years of relevant and progressive Workday Payroll processing experience in a high volume, multi-state/multi-company entity
Working knowledge of federal, state, and local tax withholding laws and regulations
Intermediate proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word)
