About the role

Dynapower is seeking a Project Manager for the Defense business segment.
This is an individual contributor role responsible for executing defense-related programs from order intake through delivery.
The Project Manager ensures disciplined execution, clear communication, and alignment to customer and business objectives.

Experience leading projects for an OEM
A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
Willingness to be onsite or hybrid in Burlington, VT
PMP certificate or experience as a project manager
SW, MS Project, or other project management platform experience
Demonstrated technical background in power conversion systems
Demonstrated ability to create new and/or refine processes focused on efficiency and growth of business

A university degree in technical field (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience preferred
Experience in defense, aerospace, industrial hardware, or other regulated environments preferred
Experience working with regulations such as ISO9001 preferred

$81,600.00 - $112,200.00
