Responsibilities

  • Day to Day Responsibilities Own executive calendar management, scheduling, inbox organization, and daily priorities.
  • Drive projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and business documents.
  • Document processes and continuously improve operational systems.
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement smarter workflows.
  • Manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Build systems, improve operations, and help shape company growth.

  • Skills to be Successful 3+ years in an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, Project Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Experience supporting founders, executives, or business owners.
  • Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable making decisions independently and solving problems proactively.
  • Able to juggle multiple priorities without sacrificing quality.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
