About the role

  • This role will be responsible for maintaining a constructive work environment both internally and externally, project management, meeting coordination, and production of agendas and meeting minutes.
  • Monitor and analyze performance: track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze the effectiveness of partnerships, which are essential for identifying areas for improvement and optimizing outcomes.
  • Resolve conflicts and mitigate risks: proactively identify and address potential challenges, disputes or issues that may arise during the course of the alliance, ensuring the continuity of collaborative efforts.

Responsibilities

  • building strong, trust-based relationships as the single point of contact for Harrow with key stakeholders and partner organizations, crucial for fostering collaboration and achieving shared objectives.
  • develop and implement joint marketing and sales initiatives, driving revenue growth and expanding market reach.
  • ensure alignment with the strategic goals of the partnership and that appropriate governance structures are in place to manage the relationship effectively.
  • Develop and maintain relationships: building strong, trust-based relationships as the single point of contact for Harrow with key stakeholders and partner organizations, crucial for fostering collaboration and achieving shared objectives.

  • Ensure alignment and governance: ensure alignment with the strategic goals of the partnership and that appropriate governance structures are in place to manage the relationship effectively.

Nice to have

  • BA or BS required
  • Experience in specialty pharmaceuticals or ophthalmology preferred
