About the role

  • ABOUT DISCERN Discern is a modern registered agent and entity management software provider.
  • Our group is highly collaborative, bringing extensive experience from both corporate and tech startup environments.
  • The engineering team is distributed across the US and operates on Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Responsibilities

  • You will work on both our front-end and back-end platform technologies to deliver functional features for the Discern product.
  • You will collaborate closely with our Product Owners, Lead Product Designer, and other stakeholders to ensure the development of high-quality software.
  • You dislike repetitive work and prefer to develop tools and methodologies to automate tasks and help the team move faster.
  • As a venture-backed company, we develop compliance technology that monitors entity status, standing, and filing requirements across all US jurisdictions.
  • In this role, you will report directly to the CTO and collaborate closely with the engineering leads, Head of Product, and Lead Product Designer.

Requirements

  • You will leverage your experience and creativity as our company and engineering team continue to grow.
  • You have over 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
  • You have over 3 years of professional experience programming in Go.

Compensation

  • Competitive salary ranging from $135,000 to $160,000 per year
