About the role
- This role requires a strategic operator with deep fintech and digital asset ecosystem expertise, strong organizational capabilities, and exceptional relationship management skills.
Responsibilities
- Relationship management: Own and deepen executive relationships with key partners, serving as the primary strategic liaison to drive long-term value creation.
- Sales enablement: Embed expertise and Sales rigor into Channel and Alliance partner organizations
- Strategic partner development: Lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of strategic partnerships across BVNK's ecosystem
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Legal to align partnership initiatives with business objectives and delivery priorities.
- Relationship Building: Proven track record of establishing and managing strategic partnerships that drive business growth.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in partnership management, business development, or a related role within the blockchain or fintech industry.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field
