- Students cover 2x the material in just 2 hours a day, using the same 2-Hour Learning model as Alpha Schools.
- That frees up their entire afternoon for serious training, where they work alongside former pro and D1 athletes coaching them at the highest standard.
- Mentor Them as an Athlete: Use your Division I tennis background to talk with them about the mental game, training habits, what real recruiting looks like, and how to balance school with serious sport.

- Build a Real Relationship: Be the steady, credible adult they look to for guidance, accountability, and honest feedback across both school and sport.
- Texas Sports Academy is a K-12 school designed for serious student-athletes who want both elite academics and high-level athletic development.
Requirements
- You have coached youth tennis, run a camp, or worked with kids in a structured athletic setting.
- You have taught, tutored, or led a classroom before.
- Real Experience Working With Kids: You have worked with young people in a role where you were responsible for their focus, growth, or development.
- Judgment With Young Athletes: You know how to earn trust with a kid, hold the standard, give direct feedback, and read the room when something is off.
- Strong Communicator: You are clear and steady on video, comfortable running a one-on-one session, and able to give parents and staff useful updates in writing.
- Reliable internet and a quiet space you can run video sessions from.
- Coaching or Camp Experience: You have coached youth tennis, run a camp, or worked with kids in a structured athletic setting.
- Teaching or Tutoring Background: You have taught, tutored, or led a classroom before.
