Responsibilities
- Selecting and coordinating IT service providers, including identifying, vetting and contracting IT vendors and service providers and managing relationships with external IT partners; Researching and planning for future IT needs, including assessing current IT systems and infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and prioritizing projects and allowcating resources appropriately; Developing, monitoring and managing budgets for IT projects and intiatiives; Supporting internal and external IT users; Maintaining the organization's key databases to ensure accuracy of data, including creating reports; Completing coding needs and testing programming changes; Communicating changes or adjustments to vendors and communicating with internal and external stakeholders regarding IT projects and IT needs; Other duties as assigned.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field preferred
- Coding knowledge including HTML, SQL, JavaScript and CSS programming languages
- Strong vendor management and project coordination skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with IT systems, productivity software, and collaboration tools.
Compensation
- We are offering a base salary of $55,000 - $65,000 annually.
