It's an operational systems role for someone who understands maintenance environments, is comfortable working in CMMS / EAM, and can help local teams adopt strong, practical standards.

It is a good fit for someone who likes practical process improvement, cross-site influence, and building standards that make operations better.
Build and improve CMMS standards, using EAM, across multiple facilities.
Partner with site teams to shape a scalable operating model that can be used across the network as we grow
Partner with Engineering, Facilities, and Operations teams on maintenance optimization, spares strategy, and broader company initiatives
Support proactive maintenance planning by improving PM quality, scheduling, and execution discipline
This role will help create clear, consistent standards for how equipment, work orders, preventive maintenance, labor tracking, spare parts, and audits are managed across sites.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field
5+ years relevant experience including:

Expertise with CMMS (EAM preferred) in manufacturing, distribution, or other fast-paced, asset-heavy environments.

Total cash compensation generally ranges from $142,500-183,400 and includes profit sharing based on company performance.
