Requirements
- Experience leading and coaching lean in product and process development.
- Experience coaching lean practices in engineering, technical and transactional (administrative) environments.
Skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English is required
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 15+ years Lean Experience, leading and coaching in operations and technical environment
- Ability to travel up to 75%.

- Interface with customers and facilitate lean events focused on product and process design as well as manufacturing operations set up for lean flow.
- Track results of lean transformation
- Lead highly technical and complex problem solving.
- Coach and model lean behaviors and actively enable lean culture
- Travel to sites and coach in the Gemba.
- Hands on experience leading lean transformation including strategy deployment, Value Stream Analysis, and guiding roadmap transformational work including A3 thinking, rapid improvement (Kaizen) events, projects and coaching in the Gemba.
