About the role
- The Product Owner works with architects and development teams to ensure that business, quality, and functional goals are met with each product release.
- The Product Owner is responsible for translating the product vision into actionable tasks and is responsible for the usability, quality, and delivery of these products and features.
- The Product Owner can effectively coordinate with both engineering and business team stakeholders and is ultimately responsible for representing the needs of the end-user.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation
- Work with project managers and technical leads to determine scope and priorities for product development cycles
- Develop appropriately detailed specifications for product features, so the development teams clearly understand them
- Inspire and motivate the development teams to deliver innovative and exciting solutions with an appropriate sense of urgency
- Collaborate with Information Technology and Application Development teams within CorroHealth regarding the ongoing roll-out of Agile throughout the enterprise, and provide feedback on proposed initiatives
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business/Data Analyst in a high-volume business environment
- 5+ years of experience managing hospital/physician's revenue cycle
- Experience with AI integration into Revenue Cycle Management software solutions
- Experience with UI Path and Robotic Process Automation
- Experience in a client-facing role, demonstrating leadership skills required
- Experience working in a professional office environment
- working with all levels of management required
- Experience working in a matrixed organization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Expertise in all Microsoft Office Suite products
