Responsibilities
- Training Design Specialist / Instructor Level II.
- We seek Virtual Leadership Training Instructor | Virtual Leadership Training [USARC0010010] candidates with relevant DOD/Military Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for DOD/Military Sector Clients such as USARC.
- Provide services and support as a Virtual Leadership Training Instructor [Civilian Training Services] aligned with the Virtual Leadership Training Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline in the DOD/Military Industry Sector.

- NACI eligibility required
- Technical Expertise - Applying specialized knowledge, analytical skills, and practical experience to solve complex problems with accuracy.
- Innovation & Knowledge Sharing (Thought Leadership) - Generating creative solutions, sharing insights, and influencing industry direction through expertise, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Business Tools - understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office.
- The ideal candidate is advanced with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
- Curiosity - the ideal candidate exhibits an inquisitive nature and the ability to question the status quo among a community of people they enjoy and teams that work well together.
Nice to have
- 5-10+ years professional training, facilitation, instructional delivery, or military/civilian workforce development.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- instructional certifications preferred.
- Leadership, collaboration, problem solving, communication, adaptability, customer focus.
