About the role

Mesh is a global company with headquarters in San Francisco, California.
This candidate will work closely with the Engineering and Product teams spread across North America, Europe, and India.

Own features end-to-end across frontend, backend, and on-chain components (with depth aligned to your strengths).
Lead the design and implementation of complex workflows involving wallets, transactions, settlements, and orchestration.
Partner closely with product, design, and external teams to turn ambiguous requirements into robust technical solutions.
Influence the roadmap, lead large-scale technical initiatives, and amplify impact across teams.
Solid fundamentals in building scalable, reliable, observable distributed systems (monitoring, logging, tracing, performance).

3-6 years of professional experience as a Full-stack Web3 Engineer with production experience across frontend, backend, and on-chain components, comfortable owning systems end-to-end.
Hands-on experience with Web3 building blocks, such as wallet connectivity/integrations, dApp development, blockchain RPCs and indexing, and/or on-chain/off-chain payment & settlement flows.
Experience with some combination of:

Strong understanding of the transaction lifecycle (signing, submission, execution) and a security-first mindset when designing Web3 systems.
Frontend-leaning or backend-leaning profiles are welcome, as long as you have shipped Web3-enabled systems in production and want to expand your scope over time.

The annual base salary range for this role is $160,000-$190,000 in San Francisco and New York.
