Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems for the purpose of ensuring the ongoing functioning of HVAC systems;

$115,000-$130,000/year depending on experience
This policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment, including, but not limited to: hiring, placement, promotion, termination, leaves of absence, compensation, and training.
Competitive salary; $115,000-$130,000/year depending on experience;
