Responsibilities
- Be in communication with the Banquet Captain/ Lead Server in regard to any special needs.
- Maintain a proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling guest's needs, removing courses, replenishing utensils, refilling glasses.
- Assist Lead Banquet Server in setting up/breaking down buffet or other special food service tables, stations, and equipment.
- With a global perspective and a commitment to thoughtful hospitality and sustainable dining, we bring enthusiasm, creativity, and local flair to every property we support.
Requirements
- Education: High school education or equivalent experience.
Skills
- Able to read, speak and understand English.
- Able to lift, push, carry 20 - 40 lbs.
- Stand continuously for long periods of time.
- Communicate information and hotel services to management, staff and guests.
- Skills and Abilities: Able to read, speak and understand English.
