- Duties include: Inspect and evaluate overall condition and appearance of interior and exterior of buildings, roof, grounds, parking lot, HVAC, sprinkler system, emergency lighting and other areas.

- Inspect and evaluate overall condition and appearance of interior and exterior of buildings, roof, grounds, parking lot, HVAC, sprinkler system, emergency lighting and other areas.
- Prepare and follow weekly schedule of routine maintenance matters and supplement schedule as needed with emergency matters.
- Respond to tenant requests in a timely, courteous and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot problems and personally make repairs where possible.
- For repairs where vendor is used, assist vendor in gaining access as needed
- Must have own small tools and transportation.
- Experience with commercial buildings, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems and asphalt repairs greatly preferred.
