About the role
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Field Analyst Assistant to support our construction and field operations team. This role is office based and plays a key part in ensuring projects run efficiently by analyzing costs, supporting material procurement, and helping resolve field-related issues.
- The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and resourceful, with the ability to assess on-site conditions, support decision-making, and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Cost Analysis & Estimating Support
- Field Support & Problem Solving
- Assess construction field conditions and assist in identifying practical, timely solutions Analyze field issues and coordinate with internal teams to ensure resolution Support communication between field teams, vendors, and management
- Build and maintain professional relationships with subcontractors and suppliers Communicate expectations clearly and follow up on performance, timelines, and deliverables Assist in sourcing and vetting new subcontractors as needed
- Complete and manage selections for units (finishes, materials, fixtures, etc.) in accordance with project specifications Ensure selections are documented accurately and communicated to relevant teams Support overall project coordination to keep construction timelines on track
