About the role

  • As a Customer Guide, you'll be fostering our customer experience, acting as a trusted advisor within your community.
  • You'll start your journey by supporting your Community Manager in the home buying process, updating MLS listings, assisting with tours, and answering questions from customers.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the community lead in processing agreements, maintaining MLS listings, and assisting with customer inquiries.
  • Continuously improve sales strategies and maintain high conversion rates.
  • Maintain integrity, fairness, and a focus on customer happiness throughout the process.

Requirements

  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems is valuable.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Hubspot, and NewStar is a plus, but not required.
