About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the Americas marketplace strategy across 1P and 3P/DTC models, including channel mix, category prioritization, assortment architecture, and new launch sequencing, aligned to global strategy.

  • Lead negotiation and terms strategy with Amazon across both the U.S. and Canada.
  • Manage margin-to-contribution targets, balancing topline growth with bottom-line profitability.
  • Own retail media strategy and budget, including Amazon Ads and Gross Vendor Funding, managed to efficient traffic acquisition and defensible share of voice.
  • Own content and conversion end to end: detail page quality, A+ content, brand store experience, imaging, video, and reviews strategy.
  • Drive the full funnel against the levers that move it - traffic, conversion rate, ASP, AOV, retention, and LTV - with a clear point of view on which lever to pull when.

Requirements

  • A track record of outperformance at scale.

  • Comfort owning the result.
  • You are accountable for the number in strong quarters and difficult ones alike.
  • 12+ years of progressive e-commerce or digital-first commercial leadership, including P&L ownership at significant scale.
  • Proven command of both 1P (Vendor) and 3P/DTC models and the economics that separate them.

  • advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and marketplace analytics tools.
