Responsibilities
- As part of our in-house Development Services team, you'll work across a diverse portfolio of commercial, residential, and office projects, with the opportunity to stay involved from early design through final build.
Nice to have
- ability to obtain Illinois licensure if not already held) 5+ years of experience across design, documentation, and project delivery Proficiency in AutoCAD
Compensation
- Starting salary - $85,000-$110,000 annually** Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid time off and holidays Paid day off for your birthday 401(k) with company match Paid weekly **The salary range listed for this position represents the range of compensation we reasonably expect to offer for this role.
