Responsibilities

  • You'll track hours, validate services and provide reporting.
  • As a Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Associate you'll provide support to the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) team to ensure compliance with the CRA regulations and alignment with the Bank's CRA strategy, planning and oversight program.
  • You'll perform an array of administrative duties related to CRA reporting, tracking and documentation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of related experience in Financial Institution or similar field.
  • Entry level to intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
  • Entry level to intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
  • Entry level to intermediate knowledge of non-profit organization financial reporting and fundraising.
  • Entry level to intermediate experience with Community Reinvestment Act regulatory definition of Community Development services, grants, and donations.
  • Track donations through our internal software and provide required reporting to management.

Nice to have

  • High school diploma required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
