About the role
- This is an outpatient role and will be practiced primarily at the CSC and the Maple Grove Clinic locations.
- The APP will play a key role in delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care to individuals with complex neuromuscular disorders, working collaboratively with neurologists, multidisciplinary specialists, and allied health professionals.
- Have a current MN RN license and be approved or eligible by the Minnesota Board of Nursing for prescription writing privileges or a current PA license with prescriptive authority through the MN Board of Medical Practice.
Responsibilities
- Treatment planning - Develop and implement individualized care plans, including medication management, infusion therapy coordination, and symptom‑focused interventions.
- Multidisciplinary collaboration - Partner with physical therapy, occupational therapy, respiratory therapy, social work, and specialty nursing to support holistic patient care.
- Research participation - Support clinical research activities, including patient recruitment, data collection, and protocol adherence, if research time is allocated.
Compensation
- The full-time salary range is $130,866-161,954 commensurate with practice experience and may also include incentive compensation or additional specialty-specific compensation components.
- Salary prorated based on FTE.
